Refund and Returns Policy

Scope

  • This policy applies to items purchased on ohaccessories.com, operated by LOMVAR LLC.

Return Window & Conditions

  • Submit return requests within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging, accessories, and tags, and include order number/proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: personalized/custom items, gift cards, downloadable/digital goods, opened personal-care/intimate items, and final sale/clearance items (as marked on the product page).

Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund (including standard return shipping where applicable).

Return Process

  1. Email lomvarllc@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, reason, and images (if applicable).
  2. Wait for return authorization and the return address (RMA) before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Use trackable shipping and pack securely; return transit risk is the sender’s responsibility.
  4. We will notify you by email after inspection with the refund/exchange outcome.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer remorse (e.g., change of mind/ordered wrong): customer pays return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Our fault (defect/incorrect item): we cover reasonable return shipping.
  • If items are missing parts, show wear, or packaging is damaged, a refurbishment/restocking fee up to 15% may apply.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, we submit refunds within 5–10 business days; bank/card posting times may vary.
  • Store credit of equal value may be offered (if applicable).

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • Mark the parcel “Return” to avoid duplicate duties; sender is responsible for fees caused by improper declarations.
  • If a parcel is returned due to refusal or address errors, related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible before shipment. Shipped orders must be returned per this policy.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, approved returns may receive store credit; otherwise, refunds go to the original payer.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check with your bank/card issuer first. If still not received, email lomvarllc@gmail.com with your order and refund confirmation.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on ohaccessories.com and take effect upon posting.
