By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Returns are handled under applicable U.S. consumer protections and our store policies below (not EU/UK distance-selling rules).
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, Goods must be:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact;
- Returned within the return window (Section 2);
- Accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number;
- Not listed as non-returnable (Section 5).
You may handle Goods as you would in a physical store (e.g., try-on without damage or removing tags) without losing return eligibility.
2. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return of eligible Goods. If the 14th day falls on a non-business day, the deadline extends to the next business day. Notify us within this window (Section 3).
3. Return Process
- Email support@snuarchitects.com or info@snuarchitects.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item name(s), and reason for return to request an RA number.
- Package the Goods securely in original packaging with tags intact. Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship to the return address provided by customer service within 14 days of receiving the RA number.
- Keep tracking information; we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit when shipped without adequate tracking/insurance.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect returned Goods (typically 3–5 business days), we will confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD / $) to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
- The refund equals the purchase price of the returned Goods. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or misdescribed item (Section 7).
- Bank or card processing times may vary; we are not responsible for third-party payment processor delays.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or made-to-order Goods;
- Intimate apparel if the hygiene seal has been broken;
- Goods that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;
- Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable;
- Free gifts included with purchases.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind, size, or preference returns within the return window, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover return shipping for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items (Section 7). Use a tracked service.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
If Goods arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@snuarchitects.com with photos, your order number, and a description. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement, at your choice, after verification.
8. Ineligible Returns
If returned Goods do not meet eligibility criteria, we may reject the return and ship the Goods back to you at your expense.
